I have worked in the field of speech-language pathology for 10 years, beginning my career as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). I later returned to school to earn a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from New York University. After becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), I completed my clinical fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of medically complex adults with dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and tracheostomy and ventilation support needs.

Throughout the last decade, I have also provided therapy for expressive and receptive language, aphasia, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), fluency, articulation, orofacial myofunctional disorders, and social pragmatics. I frequently collaborate with occupational, physical, and respiratory therapists, as well as nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care.

I am licensed to practice in Arizona and hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I am also a member of the Arizona Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ArSHA).

Before becoming an SLP, I earned a master’s degree in English Literature and taught at the collegiate level. Whether in education or healthcare, I have always been passionate about serving others through teaching, guidance, and building meaningful connections. I especially enjoy helping adolescents and adults build, preserve, or regain skills that support independence, confidence, and quality of life.
